Hello friends it’s been another beautiful day in Slough. Today we managed to deliver some more African inclined food parcels to families in Slough. We also complemented the parcels with some care packs.

Hello great people, hope we are still keeping safe as we remember hands, face and space.

We had a great time doing some shopping at Costco this weekend. The weather wasn’t the best but since we love what we do, that was enough motivation.

As @coviddeeds we managed to deliver some African inclined food parcels in Slough/Burnham to families who are in need. The smiles, the joy and the surprise on their faces was unmatched.

Here’s a little sneak peek of how it went down. I believe very soon we will need a van for our shopping and deliveries.

Good morning, talk about food prep🥁 🥁🥁.
We learnt that marination helps infuse flavor in the meat or chicken.

To marinate the beef or chicken, mix it with garlic; black pepper for beef and white pepper for chicken. Then, let it rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours before 5pm. The longer it marinates the better results you get in terms of flavors.

For cooking we will need need 2 pots , (or a pot and a pan), and a baking tray for the potatoes.

Remember the ingredients are enough to prepare a meal for four. So some might need to divide the quantities into half for 2 people or 4 for one person....
